Design

Our service team has expertise and undertakes design and preparation of fabrication drawing for pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchanger, storage tanks, tall tower, etc. as per various international and national codes.

Inspection Practices

• Material testing is based on Material SIZE, Heat Number & Visual Examination.
• Microscopic and Macroscopic analysis of weld test coupon for in house welder qualification visual inspection as per applicable IS, ASME, API 650 standard catering to the requirement of in process quality control.
• In house facility of water fills up &hydraulic testing at desired/rated pressure. The same control is also exercised through pneumatic testing at the required parameters. Dye penetrated test satisfy the need of visual inspection.
