medical Safety
Medical Certificate is mandatory.
Medical check up before join the work site.
Provision of identity card to the workers.
Personnel Protective Equipments
Awareness for wearing Safety Helmets, Goggles, hand gloves, full body hardness, safety belts etc.
Lifting Machine Requirement
Valid test certificate for all lifting machine.
Drivers or operator should have vaild operation license.
Safe work method statement
Clearly defining the steps in each job.
Identifying the hazards associated with each step.
Defining the precautions that need to be taken.
Identifying the isolation requirements.
Supervisory Control
Identified the supervisory staff.
Supervisor is essential at work location.
General Guideline
Smoking is not allowed at site.
Food preparation at site not allowed.
Joint and damaged electrical cables are not allowed.
Maintain 55 standard at site.
Waste Disposal should be as per requirement.
Work Permit System
Everyday will be issued as per type.
Obtained by work in charge or supervisor.
Be issued bi an authorized person.
Identify all of the personnel working under it.
Be signed on and off on a daily basis.
Safety Induction & Tool Box Talk
Induction & TBT is mandatory for everybody.
Daily TBT record shall be maintained at site.
TBT is ensure about the hazards in daily work.
