Others Capabilities

We have the facility to design and develop our own dies and tools. We have an in-house Tool Room very well equipped with all the requisite machinery and measurement instruments. Our Tool Room also has a Die Spotting Press. We repair and recondition our own customised dies and tools.

DESIGN

We have the capabilities to design parts as well as processes with a view on functionality and economics. We have sources to design parts, as well manufacture accurate dies with latest CNC machines, and also capable of prototyping and proving parts.

METAL FINISHING

We have a very well equipped Metal Finishing Facility to prepare the metal base for final painting. Our Finishing facilities include Pneumatic Grinders and Buffing Machines.

CED

In keeping with the current trend of the Automotive Industry, most automobile panels are primed post painting with CED (Cathodic Electrode Deposition) process. In our future plans, we intend to acquire a modern CED Plant to service our clients better.

POWDER COATING

We have our in-house Powder Coating section with an Eight-tank pre-treatment plant to sustain longer durability of powder coating metal base. Our painted products undergo and pass 300 SST. Our well equipped Powder Coating Facility has large ovens to bake large components.

JIT DELIVERY

We have been a single source for critical components to our customers for more than 20 years. Most of the items are high value parts and hence it is mandatory for our clients to carry lesser inventory of these parts. These parts are supplied by on JIT (Just In Time) basis. The consumption is notified to us and we replenish the exact quantity. In the history of our association we have secured the clients' trust in us regarding not only quality and quantity but more so in delivery.

ABLE MANAGEMENT

We have the experience and backing of Mr. Tekchand Nanda, who has over fifty years of experience in sheet metal forming, die design and development. Besides his complete involvement as Chief Executive, Mr. Suraj Nanda is involved in all other fields, from Marketing to Production and Quality Assurance.
