Established in 1989, Today Taneja Iron & Steels Pvt. Ltd is a dominant manufacturer and exporter of Leaf springs. Sound infrastructure enable it to produce products for variety of applications from heavy commercial to light automobiles, trailers, agricultural and special vehicles.
We aim to have customer satisfaction as the top priority to fulfill the necessity of quality management with high quality and high performance.
Initially established to cater to the demands of local transport companies, today Taneja Iron & Steels with a brand name of “ TSI ” is a household name in the replacement market of suspension parts in North and South India. In an unsatisfying quest for success, the company has trying to cross the geographical boundaries by having a satisfied clientele of quality conscious customers in Mexico, Canada, North America, Korea, and U.S.A.
With a belief that – “ Customer satisfaction is a measure of product Quality ”, we have a developed and comprehensive infrastructure to manufacture the finest quality leaf springs. Reflected in the consistent quality of our product range whether it is Laminated Leaf Spring Assembly or Loose leafs, cars to heavy duty automobile we produce quality without failure.

CAPACITY
Our present production capacity is 10000 Tons per year. The Company plans to concentrate more on exports and keeping this in mind the manufacturing facility has been expanded to a capacity of 12000 tones per annum.
Quality :
Quality is the utmost canon at TANEJA IRON & STEELS. Every stage of the production process is consistently backed with systematic controls and inspection. We use special alloy flats conforming to international standards to give a better fatigue life to our leaf springs. Our company's quality checks conform to SAE and DIN standards. Nonetheless, stringent quality control checks on inputs as well as outputs ensuring the finest quality leaf springs and suspension parts.
