Checking Fixture for Plastic Parts

We are offering Checking Fixtures for Plastic Parts to our valuable clients. These checking Fixtures are used to check the flush and gap and hole positions of plastic molded parts. The mounting of the parts is simulated on the fixture as per the vehicle condition. The simulation of the peripheral parts can be provided on the fixture. Normally provision is made to check the flush and gap with taper scales, go-no go gauges, special gauges, removable templates and dial points.

We have manufactured checking fixtures for following parts:
Dash Board Child Parts, Door Pad, Bumpers, Fenders.
These fixtures are made from aluminum and polyurethane boards of varying density.

Panel Checkers

We are offering Panel Checker for Checking Sheet Metal Parts to our clients. These fixtures are used to check the hole / slot position profile & trim lines of press parts. Normally Fixture is designed in car line condition. The location, resting, clamping & checking points are selected as per the GD & T drawing provided by the customer.

We can manufacture large size panel checkers. We are the only CF manufacturer having the VMC machining capacity of 3000 to 2000 mm. We are regularly supplying panel checkers to Godrej Tooling Division, Cosma International & Nagata. These fixtures are made from Aluminum, MS, Tool Steel and PU Boards of varying Density.

Checking Fixture

We are offering Checking Fixtures for Plastic Parts to our valuable clients. These checking Fixtures are used to check the flush and gap and hole positions of plastic molded parts. CMM Holding Fixtures

CMM Part Holding Fixtures are used to hold various parts, sub assemblies in carline position for CMM checking. Mounting of the part is simulated as per vehicle mounting condition.

The setting time is reduced drastically due to this fixture while inspecting a complicated shape part on CMM Machines. These fixtures are made of aluminum or MS.
