Mission
Our mission is to provide our clients with professional engineering services which are appropriate, innovative solution that will cater to their present and future requirements with excellence in quality & delivery by utilizing latest technologies.
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as well equipped facility in Bhosari, Pune. We undertake various jobs for Automotive, construction equipments, Earth moving equipments, Tool Room projects, Wind Energy components, Paper Industry, Sugar Industry.
Our Inspection
Incoming inspection
It consists of mainly raw material inspection. Raw material is received in following forms:
- Bar Material
- Metal plates
- Casting, Forgings as per part drawing.
- Every material is inspected as per Quality Planning sheet.
- Chemical and physical testing as per customer’s requirement carried out.
- Parts which are outsourced for machining purpose are inspected as per stage drawing.
In process Inspection
On machine, parts are processed only after set up approval by Quality person. Operator inspects the parts With the help of approved stage drawing & In process inspection check sheet. Quality personnel verify the same as per plan and record in process inspection.
Final Inspection
At final inspection, the part is checked for dimensional verification as per requirement. The observations
Are recorded and preserved. Parts are dispatched only after Inspection by customer.
Parts are properly packed to avoid transit damage.
Quality Systems:
All the gauges and instruments are identified by unique Identification No and those are calibrated as per decided frequency. Though we are newly established, we are ISO 9001:2008 Certified Organization.
Future plan for expansion
We are delighted to serve our esteemed clients continuously and would like to grow with them. We are open to expand our business for our esteemed client for any specific component in future if there is a Fixed term agreement and surety of business.
Land of 5500 Sqft is already purchased near to Chakan-Pune and open to construct a well equipped modern shop for our client soon. (Below is the picture of land near Chakan)
