generally high speed mixer with saw – tooth type impeller used for mixing , dispersing or dissolving .

One German company was using a sigma mixer for dispersing graphite powder in base oil and they wanted similar equipment for their plant in Bengaluru [INDIA].TREXIT felt that sigma mixer is very heavy equipment for the application and could also be very expensive and hence suggested the use of vertical disperser. The client wanted to ascertain the utility of a disperser the above application.

Accordingly TREXIT designed one 50 liter disperser and took trials in presence of the German client. The samples were sent to Germany for testing. The sample was acceptable and order for production unit was received s supplied which is working satisfactorily.
