While drawing wire, it is important to ensure that adequate lubricant is applied on the wire to affect Smooth and Efficient drawing. This is ensured effectively by the TEPL Lube Applicator.

The most important components of TEPL Lube Applicator are the three rollers. The rollers are made of good quality alloy steel and carefully hardened by heat treatment to give enhanced life.

TEPL Lube Applicator can be used for all types of wires i.e. High and Low carbon Steels, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels etc. The use is mainly in wires, which are mechanically descaled, in which carrier coating is not applied.

TEPL Lube Applicator is very easy to use. It is simply to be clamped on to the wire in the die box, thus avoiding the cumbersome process of threading. The added advantages of TEPL Lube Applicator are : 1) Prevents Wire Scratching, 2) Increases Die Life, 3) Reduces Wire Breaks, 4) Can use Higher Drawing Speeds, 5) Gives a uniform surface finish.

TEPL Lube Applicator are available in two models viz. AP-1, and AP-2.

AP - 1 finds application for wires between diameters 3.2 mm and 15.9 mm, whereas AP - 2 finds application for wires between diameters 0.8 mm to 5.5 mm

Replacement parts for the applicators are stocked in sufficient quantity and can be dispatched at short notice.
