Clean Room Assembly

We make many small assemblies consisting of out manufactured parts, welded parts, hardware, “O” rings, oil seals, etc. For one of our customers from the Electrical switch gear sector they had a unique requirement that parts should be assembled in a dust free environment. For thisvery reason we have built a clean room which is completely sealed and has a double door entry with an air curtain between the doors. Parts entering the room are first cleaned in anultra-sonic cleaning machine and then are allowed into the room through a different sealed gate. The procedure for cleaning via the ultra-sonic cleaning machine is well mentioned and the people working there are well trained.
