Machining

Machining is an art and the resulting product coming out of it is a “reflection” of our abilities. This reflection in turn leads to recognition hence we maintain it. We as an enterprise love this art and give our whole and soul to this art.

Since our inception i.e. from 1995 we are into machining. We have a conventional set up of machines such as center lathes , Horizontal milling machine, vertical milling machining, drilling , tapping , thread rolling, centerless grinding, cylindrical grinding, Automats , polygon turning machine, band saws etc.

As an organization we like to learn and keep ourselves up-to-date. To keep up with the changing pace of technology we also invested in CNC machines, VMC machines, bundle cutting machine, vibrodeburring machine, marking machine. To add value we have ultra-sonic cleaning machine, TIG welding, forging setupand clean room for assemblies, heat treatment facility & few SPM’s (special purpose machinery). We have a good supplier network for surface treatment and allied machining needs. With the aforementioned set up, the ability to select right materials based on customers’ requirements, our very own inspecting facility &the right systems in place we are fully equipped to meet the customers’ requirements.Our customers are from various sectors of engineering namely automotive, telecom, hydraulics, switchgears, waste management and construction equipment’s.
