The Directors have more than 20 years experience in pressure die casting field. We have 10000 sqft factory building with 3000sqft open area at MIDC. Mahape TTC industrial area, Navi Mumbai.

At present we have five pressure die casting machines.i.e.80Ton-2 Nos., Toyo 125 Ton fully automatic ,with auto ladle, auto spray, auto extractor-1 No., and 180Ton -2 Nos., 80Ton and 180Ton are brand new machines, all furnaces are automatic temperature controlled electric furnaces.

We also have in house tool room and finishing facility with VMC, milling, grinding, sparking, redial drilling, CNC and conventional lathe machines with other ancillary machines like shot Blasting, Vibro Finish with Dryer, Drilling, Pitch Tapping up to 20mm etc for finishing and machining of components.

We have in house die design facility with following Licensed software:-

a) Solid Works.
b) Auto Cad.
c) Delcam Power Mill.
d) Delcam SURFACER.
