In addition, a reground tool that is not recoated can also lead to chipped or broken tools in an expensive part or setup due to drilling directly on the unprotected carbide substrate. Further, product output and drilling costs can have a substantial negative impact on the overall economics.

- Every tool is checked real time during the process as well as after completion.
- This is accomplished by the use of high-resolution optics built into our PC Based inspection machine.
- All the important geometry points are easy to check & can be record as a library.
- We believe in identification of tools we manufactured / resharpened should be easy & faster.
- We provide Laser marking on each & every tools whether it is newly manufactured or reconditioned.
- This makes identification of the tools much easier, faster & easy to track specially for reconditioning.
C. Tool Inspection Report.
Tools will be delivered with Inspection report with following parameters.
- Tool Diameter
- Lip runout.
- Total length.
- Step length-if any.
- Flute length
- Profile details-if any.
