Machining High Accuracy components:

In order to machine components with a high degree of machining accuracy, the company has invested in numerous CNC and VMC machines. These machines are a combination of Indian and Japanese high accuracy machines and are tooled up with numerous new generation carbide toolings to achieve both high productivity and high accuracy. We have automated many setup operations in order to reduce errors in setups. We have also implemented concepts like 5S and quality gate to ensure that there is no rejection at the customer end.

Quality equipments includes Trimos measuring system, height gauges, air gauges, bore gauges, micrometers, vernier caliper etc. Critical components are checked on Coordinate Measuring Machine to meet the stringent quality norms for these components as per customer requirements.
