Late Mr. R. L. Bajaj is the co-founder of the company and a business man par excellence. With a commerce graduate by qualification and a successful stint in his family business of trading of Chemicals and Intermediates which are being used in various industries like Textile, Edible Oil processing, Specialty Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Industry under the name of Bajaj Sales and Services, Mr. Bajaj realised his calling in manufacturing domain at a very early stage in his career.

Ever since, he has managed to challenge the chemical and pharma sector by playing a pioneering role in setting up one of the most successful chemical business in the name of Alka Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. He has a total experience of more than 30 years in Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry.

Along with his business sense, he has leveraged his expertise in this sector to improvise the manufacturing industry and sustain targeted results.His ability to foresee issues and analyse them on a macro level has transformed Alka Laboratories Pvt. Ltd from a humble start-up to a world class organisation. He has managed to build strong relationships with clients and partners associated with ALPL with his unbeatable focus and dedication.He was a perfectionist by nature and always had an eye on the little big things essential for effectively running the business. He has been instrumental in bringing the firm to where it stands now.

Late D. M. Bajaj(Managing Director)

Mr. D. M. Bajaj, the co-founder of the company, aged 57, a commerce graduate by qualification has a total experience of more than 25 years in Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry, is responsible for day to day affairs of the company.

Before starting Alka Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Bajaj was in his family business of trading of Chemicals and Intermediates which are being used in various industries like Textile, Edible Oil processing, Specialty Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Industry under the name of Bajaj Sales and Services.

He has played an integral role in driving successful business engagement and business development initiatives.He embodies the eclectic nature of ALPL and engages in a wide range of activities from research to finance to creating marketing strategy. He has a positive attitude towards his work and believes to complete the task in hand effectively and efficiently. He is largely responsible in forging new client relationships, building an expansive network of client base and leveraging them when needed.With his hard core determination, Mr. Bajaj has achieved valuable reputation in the market by developing relation with manufacturers as well as the end users.
