Cipy has a proven track record of over three decades of scientific and technological innovation in polymeric products. Cipy employs the world’s best chosen polymers such as epoxies, urethanes, acrylics, polyureas and their hybrids to formulate a variety of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers in three different media: solvented, solvent free and aqueous.

It was in 1976 when Cipy developed the first 2K polyurethane technology to formulate India’s first polyurethane based wood coating. And in 1979, Cipy used the moisture curing urethane technology to develop country’s first 1K coating. Since then, Cipy has employed many technologies to churn out over 300 products from its stable.

The various technologies employed at Cipy:

• 2K polyurethane

• Elastomeric polyurethane

• Polyurethane dispersion

• EPU ( epoxy-urethane)

• Phenalkamine

• Hybrid Polyurea

• Vinyl ester

• Unsaturated polyester

• Inorganic zinc silicate

• Polysulphide
