Our Team

As a proprietary firm, the team is headed by Mr. Navin Jha (M. Sc., MBA - Indore University). Mr. Jha started his career as marketing executive in family business of ayurvedic medicines. After having a good exposure and with an aim of excelling in his area of interest he started on his own with a team of 10 members as Anju Pharmaceuticals.

It is the bonding and respect to the individuals' effort given by top management that the turnover rate has been less than 5% in any year since inception. The production, operations and office staff now comprises of around 20 members who are extremely dedicated, sincere and people of character. This forms the backbone of culture at Anju Pharmaceuticals. The existing team looks forward to professionalize itself by infusing the fresh blood to improvise the operations as the company aims at expanding the reach across India and even abroad.
