Acme Machinery (India) Pvt.Ltd. was established by Mr. Kantilal U. Shah in year 1955, as a trading unit printing and allied machinery catering mainly to varied printing presses around India. The Company built up its reputation due to its service oriented approach to the printing industry.

The company started its manufacturing activities in the year 1970 as a small-scale unit Manufacturing Treadle Printing Press and Semi Automatic Paper Cutters and later on pioneering the manufacture of some of sophisticated Paper & Board Printing Packaging & Converting machinery as mentioned below

1) Automatic Hydraulic Paper Cutting Machines with Microprocessor Program Control.

2) Carton Folder & Gluer machine for cigarette, toothpaste, pharmaceutical, cosmetics & all types of duplex, e-flute, f-flute cartons etc.

3) Exercise Note Book Manufacturing plant, consisting of Automatic Ruling machine 2/3/4 color, Paper Counting & Folding machine, Thread Book Sewing machine, Book Stitching machine, Perfect Binding machine, Binding cloth pasting machine, Gumming machine, Perforating & Creasing machine, Square Book Back making machine, Punching & Round cornering machine, Lamination machine

4) Corrugated box making Semi Automatic & Fully Automatic 3 Ply & 5 Ply Plant & other allied machineries Printer Creaser Slotter machine. Platen Punching machine and Flat Bed Punching machine & Other allied Paper & Board Printing Packaging & Converting machineries.

The company started its export drive in 1973 with a corrugated box making plant supplied and installed in Bangladesh. Since then, it has been regularly exporting to Bangladesh, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, East, West & South Africa, Egypt, Uzbekistan U.K., Nepal, Malta, Canada, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, U.S.A., Germany & many other countries. ACME have supplied its box stitching machines to U.K. – the very same country that had originally pioneered the manufacture of box Stitching Machines!

The Company regularly takes part in international exhibitions, where the quality of our machines is highly appreciated.

The Company participates regularly in Government Tenders. Acme has just completed the execution of Tender of installing 19 Hydraulic Paper Cutting Machine at the Government Presses in India. one of our machine is installed at the prestigious site of Rashtrapati Bhawan Press in the Capital of our Country.

The Company is now incorporated as a Private Limited Firm, and is headed by a Dynamic team of Directors and Executives -- who are ever eager to develop new lines of allied machinery and to innovate and improve on their existing range of machinery for better performance.
