Please we are specialize in Intermesh/Interlock gratings In this type 1]Both load bearing bar & cross bar are the same , Both are interlock with pressing operation & if needed mig welded. 2] hole size available Centre to centre 20*20mm (FINE SERIES )onwards to 100*100 mm (Coarse) OR 16*75 to 40*100 mm 3]Thickness of load bearing bar, Mesh Size to be decided on a] load carrying capacity,b]safety of working person below grating platform i.e fine series used to avoid hand tools droping through it. c]Use of grating i.e. purpose of grates i.e. Walkway/screen/machine platform etc. d] can be supplied in MS IS2062 GRADE A/B Or SS 304/316 material. e]Welding is generally used for franme bar & internal @ 100 mm or more interval only tack welded as intermesh itself is bonded to each other by both direction. d]Ashthetically looking good compared to seprate cross bar selection such as ROD bar/SQ. BAR/TMT bar. e] To be suppied with surface Hot dip galvanized/epoxy red oxide painted/powder coated / Raw etc.
