We’ve been Pressure Vessel Manufacturers for over 10 years and continue to supply standard Air Receivers and special Pressure vessels to some of the worlds most prestigious companies. We can design and manufacture from receipt of basic instruction – with IS 2825 and PED approval for a broad range of pressure vessels.
Our design office will generate a CAD drawing for your approval (emailed as DXF or DWG). We can handle all 3rd party approval and certification for pressure vessel manufacture.
Air Receivers Vessels can be designed, fabricated and inspected to a variety of codes, including: IS 2825 and most other well known specifications. Pressure Vessel Manufacture / Air receiver Manufacture Using a broad range of weld approvals and skills, with inter-process QA, high quality levels are maintained. Reliable deliveries are secured by using a bespoke production control system.
Inspection Authorities and Insurance Company Surveyors welcome Arrangements made for specimen weld testing, and independent materials inspection. Materials, Processes, and Final Products are tested in a variety of ways, including: X-Ray, Tensile Tests, Vickers Hardness Tests, Dye Penetration, Hydrostatic, Radiographic Ultrasonic Test ,Magnetic Particle Test etc.
With in house Blast Cleaning and Paint Spray facilities, Internal and External finishes to specific BS/EN/ISO standards are common practice. Galvanising, Epoxy Resin, DWI approved paint, and other finishes at your request.
Full Certification can be supplied: – Certificates of Conformity, Hydraulic tests, weld procedures, weld tests, material certificates, pressure gauges, relief valves etc. upon your request.
