Automatic Stator Coil Impregnation Machine

Gudhi Engineering ha developed a special purpose machine for DUCATI to simultaneously impregnate three stator windings of fly wheel magnetos with a specific resin. Each stator is prepared outside the machine and wired on a mechanical interface having a suitable but fixed three way quick connection system that snaps in to the main rotating shaft.The stator rotates by means of a variable speed brushless or stepper motor. The drives to all stators are operated by means of belt and pulley.

The stators are heated to defined temperatures Impregnation is performed by dipping them into an impregnation tank that is filled with heated resin. Impregnation is carried out when the stators are rotating. This operation achieves uniform impregnation level independent of impregnation time and stator volumes. After impregnation, curing is performed at a suitable current word.

Control Panel : PLC & SCADA based Electro-pneumatic control panel is provided. The panel is designed as per the Indian Electrical Standard norms. The entire machine is operated vide mini laptop provided on the machine.

Glue Outer Diameter Machine

The purpose of this machine is to apply a few line of glue over external diameter of singular inox cage. M/s Gudhi Engineering has developed a special purpose machine for DUCATI to apply a few line of glue over external diameter of singular Inox cage. The Inox cage is put over, by hand, the special interface (centre in internal diameter of Inox Cage) that is read to start in home position. When push the start button, the nozzle by pneumatic system go very near to the external diameter of Inox gage withour touch it (work position). The pnematic pressures inside of storage glue is always present but only when the head is in work position the piston valve get open by pneumatic system. The rotation of the Inox cage starts, exactly one turns and it applies the lines of Glue on Outer Diameter of the Inox Cage.
When the 1 turns is finish the valve close and after the head go in back position.
Control Panel : PLC based Electro-pneumatic control panel is provided. The panel is designed as per the Indian Electrical Standard norms. The entire machine is operated vide Touchscreen provided on the machine.

Glue Inner Diameter Machine

The purpose of this machine is to apply a few line of glue over internal diameter of singular cup or cup with hub assembled M/s Gudhi Engineering has developed a special purpose for DUCATI to apply a few line of glue over internal diameter of singular cup or cup with hub assembled. The assembly cup+ hub is put over, by hand, the special interface (centre in internal diameter of cup + magnet for fix over and pin for no rotation ) that is read to start in home position. When push the start button, the nozzle by pneumatic system go in bottom verticle position, after move long diameter axis very near to the internal diameter of cup without touch it ( work position). The pnematic pressures inside of storage glue is always present but only when the head is in work position the piston valve get open. The rotation of inox cage starts, exactly one turns and it applies the lines of Glue on Internal Diameter of the Cup. When the 1 turns is finish the valve close and after the head go in back position before diameter axis and after vertical axis.

Dynamic Testing RIG

The purpose of this machine, developed by Gudhi Engineering for DUCATI is to test the Magneto with respect to voltage and current. The Magneto assembly is prepared outside the machine and fixed on the mechanical interface that has a suitable hardened shaft and nut. A variable speed induction motor rotates the magneto .The magneto is tested at low speed (1,500RPM ) and high speed (3000RPM) The resulting connection points on the rotating magneto are then connected to the indicator that will indicate the DC voltage, DC current generated by the magneto at different resistance and also the AC voltage generated by excitation coil.
Control Panel : Electric Control panel is provided.The panel is designed as per the Indian Electrical Standard norms.The entire machine is operated vide Push Buttons provided on the machine.

Liquid Sampling Valve

Taking in process liquid samples without breaking vacuum is an important aspect of processing. Gudhi Engineering has designed and manufactured a speciallised valve to enable taking out samples of the liquid.The valve is mounted on the tank. A very small quantity of liquid enters the valve through the small tube, thanks to the vacuum applied to the valve at the other end.

Jar Mixer

To meet the demand of mixing in process operations, Gudhi Engineering has designed a Jar Mixer taht mixes material by rotating the jars. The machine is designed to rotate the mixing jars at a fixed RPM resulting in mixing of materials within. The unit consists of three roller construction with two tire system. Out of the three rollers, the central roller will be powered by motor and gear box.Both the drive rollers will be connected to the gear box through a timer belt and a pulley.
Applications :
The Jar Mixer is widely used by the optical fibre industry for colour mixing.
