The main function of liquid paint spray booth is to keep the environment free from vapors to exhaust the solvent vapors to atmosphere, to direct the spray towards the job and to kill the overspread paint and to convert it in easily disposable form. The Spray booth is basically in two parts spray zone and eliminator section.

MEGASTATIC POWDER Spray Booth Cyclone, Multicyclone One Recovery, Cartridge Type Recovery System
MEGASTATIC Booths are specially designed for maximum recovery of powder pollution free and quick colour change. The system is so designed to have maximum utilization of the powder and maximum recovery. The air velocity is so set in the booth so that operator feels quite comfortable. The blowers are dynamically and statically balanced so as to have noise free and smooth operation. Due to uniform air flow, the object in the booth is uniformly coated resulting in high transfer efficiency of the charged powder. The safety standards are also taken care in designing so that there is no excessive concentration of the powder particles above the explosive limit.
