Infrastructure

We have state of the art aluminium castings manufacturing facility, right form casting stage to finished ready to use components .

• Die Casting : We have 420 Tons , 250 Tons , 180 Tons fully automatic all Zitai die casting machines with real time feed back.Which ensure best quality castings .
• Leak Testing : We have air to air and air to water automatic leak testing machines to ensure we supply leak proof castings .
• Machining : With a very strong machine shop of 18 Turning Centers and 8 Vertical machining centers equipped with 4th axis capabilities, we are able to machine very complex components and able to supply them on time to our customers .
• Powder Coating : With inhouse powder coating facility we can deliver ready to use components to our customers.

Warehouse & Packaging

We have a large space for ware house and packaging unit, which is used to store entire range of our products. It is important to have a wide space for the warehouse and packaging unit. Out team of warehouse and packaging units ensures that all products are packed perfectly and having no any damage. This is important to store the products according to the dispatches dates. There is punctuality in delivery; we manufacture our product with a great network department. This unit ensures that our products are safe and deliver in a good manner.
