C Hook For Coil Lifting

C-hook coils are engineered to meet the specific requirements of the customer's operating environment. Available in a variety of configurations, the C-hook coils feature strength, durability and safety. The C-hook coils have unitized construction in which counterweight and curved plate are welded to the main burnout. All the C-hook coils is custom engineered to meet the specific requirements for load configuration, weight, lifting area and headroom. Each of the C-hooks conform to ASME quality standard. Again, C-hooks are offered in various capacities.

Bloom Lifting Tong

Bloom tong from "IMT" is specially designed for safe handling of the billets from the casting pit to the final lay down position. These efficient tongs are available for single and multislab handling requirements and can be of mechanical, motorized or hydraulic to suit the different application requirements of the clients.

The tongs are provided with a high temperature self lubricating bushes at the fulcrum that ensures smooth functioning and longer service life. The bush arrangement removes the need to cross drill pins for lubrication thereby removing any potential fracture points caused through stress raisers. This makes the tongs free from any kind of maintenance.

The billet tong may be customized to fit to any casting pit and diameter range. These tongs can also be fitted with powered slew if rotation is required, as well as load indicators and slab width measurement devices.

Slab Handling Tong
