A check weigher is an automatic weighing machine that is primarily used to check the weight of a commodity. Typically, it used at the end of the production process to ensure that the weight of the packaged commodity is as per the specified limit. If there are packages that are over the specified weight limit, they are removed instantly.
The weighing conveyor system DW03 has the capacity to weigh all types of packs up to 0.5 kgs. It is highly accurate, especially with flexible packaging. The high-speed checkweigher has belt speeds up to 40 m/min. The maximum product width it can support is 200 mm and a maximum length of 250 mm.
