A check weigher is an automatic weighing machine that is primarily used to check the weight of a commodity. Typically, it used at the end of the production process to ensure that the weight of the packaged commodity is as per the specified limit. If there are packages that are over the specified weight limit, they are removed instantly. We develop customized check weighers based on the requirements of our clients.
The automated weighing system DW01 has the capacity to weight all types of packs up to 1 kg. It is highly accurate has belt speeds up to 40 m/min. Besides, the maximum product width it can accommodate is of 250 mm and length of 360 mm.
