Avihas Electricals Pvt Ltd is a service oriented company providing following services:

Wire Wound Winding: Carry out winding of STATOR & ROTORs in all types and sizes of copper and rewinding upto 3MW Alternator with existing set-up.
Carried out strip wound ROTORS & STATORS for LT / HT Motors upto 1000HP.
Carried out DC Motor armature and field rewinding upto 375KW
Carried out complete job for replacement of bars & brazing of single / double cage brass copper ROTORS.
Carried out press-in /out shaft, pulley, coupling, hub, etc,. Capacity upto 50 tonnes & day light is 2000mm.
Carry out static & dynamic balancing of upto 3MW. Machine capacity: 3.5mtr length and 1500Kg load with 2.5gm accuracy.
Varnishing: Dip varnishing for all & VPI for certain frame size of ROTORS & STATORS.
