We have a total of three decades of experience in the area of Aluminium Die Casting. We have developed and delivered a program “Die Castings for Non Die Casting people” with lot of appreciation from our customers.

Team PCPL believes in partnering the customer right from their Prototype development stage. In fact during this stage we help our customers to modify the drawing as per requirement of GDC process and ensure 1st Time Right component in Quality, Cost and Delivery.

We have successfully assimilated a strong technical team who possess in-depth knowledge regarding various procedures like Tool Manufacturing, Core Manufacturing, Foundry, Machining, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Leak Testing and Millipore washing.



Our New Product Development Team (NPD) ensures Just in Time and First Time right components to our customers. They work with customers and Internal Team with APQP methodology.

Our laboratory is well-equipped and we also have strong control on metal chemistry, density index, conductivity, mechanical properties and millipore values.
