Quality

Quality has been one of the inherent parts of our organization wherein we are able to enhance the quality of industrial process equipment and storage plants. To ensure this, we nurture a separate quality control department wherein our quality auditors undertake stringent checking measures at different stages of production processes. All our procured material is checked for physical & chemical properties and passes through UT and MPI inspections before being used in manufacturing process. The stages in our quality procedures include:

• Raw material identification
• Material receipt cum inspection
• Report stage wise inspection
• Stage inspection report
• Final inspection report
• Performance trials

A team of qualified quality inspectors is entitled to ensure that only quality industrial process equipment and storage plants are offered to our clients. In our team of quality auditors, we also have a QC Engineer as a Welding Inspector. He is certified from ISNT (Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing). He along with the other members of the quality department conducts various quality tests on different parameters to check strength and durability of our range of industrial process equipment and storage plants. Some of the tests that are conducted are mentioned below:

• Hydro test
• Pneumatic test
• Dye penetrate test

Welder Qualification

• All welders and welding procedures (WPS, PQR, and WPQ) qualified as per ASME Section IX under a third party inspection agency

Calibration

• Calibration of all welding equipment, ovens, gauges and measuring instruments is done on a regular basis.
