We are ISO-TS 16949- 2009 & EMS OHSAS certified company engaged in manufacturing of Injection molded plastic parts for Automotive, Farming, Construction, Luggage & Electrical sectors.

We established in 1993 in 1000 Sq. Ft Space with Small 2 Vertical Injection Machine with a cornerstone of 100% customer satisfaction goal. We have been satisfying customers having big brand names of Indian Industry & Multi-national groups. With a rich History, now we have 3 plants viz. Satish Injecto-Plast Pvt. Ltd., Satish Industrial Plastic & SIP Moulds Pvt. Ltd. located in Nasik, Maharashtra, India, about 180Kms of Mumbai (Bombay), We are well aware of the international norms and requirements for supplying to automotive companies and regularly follow the procedure for development and supply of over 1200 components to the automotive sector.

• What We Provide

We provide services of tool designing, mould manufacturing & injection molding with esteem & most eminent quality. We have complete Independent Set up of Tool Room viz. SIP Moulds Pvt. Ltd with a best tooling facilities & dedicated tool designers & manufactures committed for continues innovations. We provide design & manufacturing feasibility solutions as well & we are also capable of Independent product design & development as per customer's requirement.

We have production facility with 32 injection molding machines, ranging from 30 to 660 Tons to facilitate molding of all types of engineering plastics like, PC, PC-GF, PA, PA-6GF(15% TO 60%), PA-66, PA-66GF, ABS, PC-ABS, PBT, PBT-GF, PTFE, PU, DeLRIN, SAN, CELCON, PVC, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE,PP, PPTALC, EPDM, etc. We have capability to mould any new variety of plastic as well.

We have a separate cell of engineers exclusively dedicated to upholding highest standards & control of quality of all products manufactured by us. Since the inception of our company we firmly believe in delivering quality to our customer & hence, we have an independent Quality control department. As we are ISO-TS 16949- 2009 certified company the group has well qualified technical staff at all level to check the quality at all point till dispatch. For that we have required quality checking instruments, gauges, fixtures and other testing facilities.

• Our Future Expansion

» We have planned to install 4 new Injection molding machines ranging from 250 to 660 tones as per customer requirement.
» We are also all set to install a new plant of 16,000 Sq. Foot at CHAKAN MIDC, PUNE for a quick service to Pune based customers.

• What's New

» We have unveiled a DAXTERITY SCHOOL at Satish Injecto Plast Pvt. Ltd. to train the newly joined as well as existing operators in Injection molding, assembly operations, quality inspections and also in Packaging & dispatch operations.
» We have added New 100, 150, 200, 350 and 660 Tons (Make Feromatic and L&T) New Injection Machine in Satish Injecto-Plast Pvt. Ltd. Nasik.
» Also we have added New VMC Make HASS in our tool room.
