Satish Industrial plastics has established stringent quality assurance systems to maintain the specific standard of quality while adherering to the required specifications of the customers.
Dedicated Quality Assurance Department (QAD) handles the implementation and adherence of the quality system at every process right from Raw Material procurement to dispatch.
The Q. C. department is staffed with people having good knowledge of SPC, Machine capability studies, MSA system as per ISO-TS 16949- 2002 to make sure we match our motto "Quality Our Aim".
We are ISO-TS 16949- 2002 certified company. The group has well qualified technical staff at all level to check the quality at all point till dispatch. For that we have enough quality checking instruments, gauges, fixtures and other testing facilities.
We are ISO/TS 16949: 2009 Certified Company and having complete Testing Facilities to check all product manufactured by us. We have a separate cell of engineers exclusively dedicated to uphold highest standards & control of quality. Our quality testing lab is equipped with profile projector, Melt flow indexer, Surface plates, digital Height gauge, color shade tester, magnifier, & Special purpose gauges for each part we produce.
