Binding Process
Centre Pinning
(Required in case of Pinning Books)
- Done on automatic pinning machine and folding machine. It has a binding capacity of 25000 books for 12 hours
- Manual Pinning : Done on manual pinning machine. It has a capacity of 15000 books for 12 hrs.
- Board Cover and index are inserted on conveyer belt. Stapling and Folding is done on automatic machine which is further processed for back squaring on ~~ Edge & back squaring machine
Filler Papers/ Multipurpose Papers
- Sheeting/Rulling is done on Ruling Machine.
- Cover If any is inserted
- Cutting is processed and books are converted into single sets.
- These sets are inserted in poly bags.
- Quality Check is done
- In case of Poly Shrinking books are sealed and passed through heat shrink tunnel machine.
- Final box packing & taping is done.
Hardback Notebooks & NotePads .
- Centre Sewing is done for hardbound books.
- Board to Board pasting is done in semi auto machine to make hard cover books.
- Gumming is done on edges for notepads, construction pads, etc.
- Back tape if required is applied on the same.
- 40000 Books can be made per days in 12 hrs of hardback books.
Spiral & Wiro Books
- After cover and back board is inserted cutting is done on Paper Cutting Machine
- Individual Book is punched for making holes on edges of spiral books, on Dye punching power press machine.
- Spiral is made in-house according to different size requirement of the book on fully automatic spiral making machine.
