Order Processing

Creation Of Master Sheet Of Order Received Which includes all specs & details about product to be made

Raw Material Procurement

Raw Material procurement like paper, board, covers, gu m, shrink, poly bags etc is done

Rulling & Binding

Rulling & Binding is processed through different machines and PPS sent to buyer for Approval

Mass Production

After approval from buyer final mass production takes place and packaging is done along with production quality check

Quality Check

After mass production final Quality Report is made and material is sent for dispatch

Order Processing
  • After PO and samples received from buyer planning and procurement of raw material gets started.
  • Master sheet of each product is made which contains all the product related information.
  • Master Sheet contains all small details which is referred by production managers, purchase manager, etc.
  • This is the most important part of our organisation as it a single point of discussion and chances of errors become very low throughout the whole process.
Raw Material Procurement
  • Paper and other raw material is procured from different registered vendors.
  • Paper is received in roll form.
  • Other raw material like Gum, Thread, Pins, Tapes, etc is received
  • Testing of any raw material required is sent to LAB for the same.
  • Paper GSM quality etc is tested.

Rulling & Sheeting of Paper
  • Paper is received in Roll Form
  • Rulling on paper is done on Automatic Reel to Sheet Flexo Machine. (Three Colour Print)
  • Paper can be ruled in 3 colours on this machine along with cutting in different sizes up to 90cms.
  • Paper roll of 91cms max can be ruled on the machine
  • Paper from 35 to 150 GSM can be ruled on the machine
  • Automatic sheet counter is installed on the machine.
Paper and other Assembly
  • After ruling is done paper is opened from the marker side and is sent for further processing.
  • Title and back cover if required is inserted.
