Quality Policy

POLICY:
The policy of STRUCT-MAST ENGINEERS is to conduct our construction business through an established Quality Management System, which aims to achieve customer satisfaction by providing goods and services to the stated expectation of our customers and in the process improve company’s competencies and competitiveness.
We shall achieve this through continual improvement of our business process and effective human resources management. We value training and sharing information at all levels within the organization.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
We encourage a system termed as QA/QC that involves the joint but independent efforts of us & the Owner to achieve the level of quality desired by the user and established in the project specifications. We do institute a quality assurance system to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Contract.
QUALITY CHECKS:
Each of measurements / deviations are documented as CHECK LIST. The documents for quality auditing and regulation of the same are a part of Quality Assurance. QA function is to verify that the QC function is being adequately performed and ensure that the results of each completed task comply with the specifications and design requirements.
Testing of raw material, inspection of surface preparations, provision of safe approaches & working conditions, checks while work is in progress and checks and after care of the work is part of quality control.

Environmental, Occupational Health Policy

As India has taken a big leap towards development of infrastructure, we as Struct-Mast Engineers would comply to strict observance of our acts for preserving of the enviornmental and more towards sustainable development leading to the Green Building movement in India wherein we will endeavour to seek ways of constructing and maintaining building to decrease energy and water usage. Lower the costs, improve the efficiency and durability of all parts, systems and services of the building systems and lower the burden that building impose on the environment and public health.
Focus:
We insist and maintain consistent focus on technology, asset integrity process improvements, cost reductions and EHS aspects at planning and operation levels.

Observance:

• Comply with all applicable legislation and other requirements.
• Ensure effective management of energy and resources.

Mitigation of Risk:

Institutionalize: Employ effective risk assessment methodologies, pollution preventive measures, waste management exercise and behaviours.
Responsiveness: Implement an effective response plan for foreseeable potential emergency situations.
Fact finding: Ensure effective audit process management. Periodically review the effectiveness, sufficiency and accuracy of our integrated management system and policy to oblige continual improvement in an auditable manner.
Awareness: We shall communicate this policy to all persons working for or on behalf of our organization and encouraging their participation.

Safety Policy

POLICY:
The policy of STRUCT-MAST ENGINEERS is to conduct construction business by strictly observing safety of all personnel. We recognise the right of workers to work in a safe and healthy work environment. We remain attached to our commitments and ensure that all who get associated with us follow a full observance of statutory safety rules and legislations for safety and we will held them accountable for their health and safety performance. Our goal of achieving zero accidents, zero incidents and no near miss will be driving force in conducting all our business activities and will precede over all our operational activities without any reservation.

Health and Safety Policy:

• Maintain and proactively improve management system to minimise safety hazard. More>>

• Strict compliance of applicable occupational health and safety regulations and other legal requirements. More >> (Issue of PPE, barricading, etc)
• Assimilate safety procedure and best practice into each and every activities of the work. More>> (Tool box meeting, review of procedures)
• Assign functional responsibilities at each and every level to improve safety performance. More>> (Safety officers, safety audit, reward for employee down the line)
• Involve every employee in maintaining a safe and healthy work place through periodic reviews of operational procedures, safe method of work and a safe work environment.
• Provide appropriate training at all level to enable employee to fulfill their health and safety obligation. More>> ( expert to part training at regular interval)
• We will provide a wide range of adequately designed temporary scaffold, material handling machines etc.
