Procedure:-

• Full Inspection on all dimensions, characteristics & notes and drawing for each sample submitted.
• Critical dimensions.
• Process flow diagram , design FMEA, process FMEA, control plan & Material specification.
• Calibration and R & R measurement system for all checking aids for and critical dimensions or requirement.
