Die designing & tool manufacturing is done through our sister concern company Alpha.

Die Casting mould making experience is important for all mould making. All our die casting moulds are carried out by team work with further studies and discussions as to die casting, precision machining and other surface finishing processes.

The final die casting mould design is to be checked and approved by “mould flow analysis software” We proceed with the mould making only after stringent checks of the design to attain precision.

We have more than 20 dedicated engineers in 3D modeling & design services. Tool design and validation along with design and engineering services available at customer site.
