The tomato processing plant developed by CentPro is widely used to process fresh tomatoes using the latest technology to produce tomato concentrates, ketchup, dressings, etc.
At the reception section, fresh tomatoes are procured and then passed onto to the washing grading section. At this stage, the tomatoes are thoroughly washed and all the dirt and the external foreign substance is cleaned from the skin. Post the cleaning process, the tomatoes are inspected manually and the damaged or unwanted tomatoes are taken out. The aforementioned process is carried out with the help of a conveyor.

After the initial cleaning stage, the tomatoes are passed for processing and extraction. The extraction process is carried out in the extraction system integrated with advanced features. Moving on, the juice extracted is then subjected to heat treatment to ensure that the quality is not hindered. The finished juice is acquired from the fine pulp obtained in the aforementioned process.
