Tool development is one of our strong points and our customer's repetitive product orders bear witness to this fact. Once the order has been received our team undertakes a meticulous study of the Dwg and identifies the processes and tools/fixtures that are required. We have an in-house team of automation experts to Mfg Tools/ Fixtures and suggest & implement automation and productivity improvement ideas. For the purpose of tool development all the work from conceptualization to designing, Mfg and trials is conducted by our CFT Tool Room .We use varied tool design software like Unigraphics, Auto CAD, MS Projects for designing dies and fixtures.
