# Rake Carrier
Rake carrier chains are manufactured from various material of constructions. These chains are corrosion resistant and used in corrosive atmosphere. In many cases material of construction of components is high chromium steel alloys and nickel alloys. These chains are manufactured with very close tolerances and all components are machined on CNC machines. We do manufacture these chains as per operating parameters and operating conditions on site.
# Belt Conveyor
We are Belt conveyor manufacturer in Pune for the Belt conveyor which been using for the Material handling. There are various kinds of Belt conveyor for the various products. Conveyor should be available as per client requirement in different sizes.
These Conveyor belts have a better ageing characteristic and are available in a variety of grades like both nylon and Polyester fabric (EP).A main and foremost thing is when material being conveyed it can be visible through the belt which been built up by trippers so movement been so easy without any noise pollution.
# Sugar Mill
Three roller mills, a conventional cane milling technology is proven for past 150 yrs. This technology has again and again proven Excellency over new cane milling technology.
Three roller mill technologies are very convenient to operate and easy to maintain as the availability of ample experienced man power. The sugar industry has tried new milling technology but they have again fallen back to conventional three roller milling technology. In short there is no substitute to three roller mill.
Our mill is conventional type mills. It is manufacture in cast steel is: 1030 and ms plate is: 2062 which is fully welded with special welding rods as per client requirement. The mill roller is manufactured by cast iron which is shrinking fitted on en8 shaft.
Head Stocks
Our head stocks are manufactured by cast steel or fabricated and provided with renewable gm wearing plates on both sides. The headstocks design is integral with base frame and is mounted directly on concrete foundations.
Top Caps
Cast steel top cap secured to the head stocks by high tensile steel pins for easy dismantling is provided in headstocks. Top cap fitted with renewable steel liners and special cast iron rams.
Side Caps
Cast steel or fabricated side caps secured to the head stocks with the help of pins and s. S. Bushes.
Top Roller Bearings
Top roller bearing is manufactured by cast steel and gun metal liner provided with cooling water cavities and cooling water piping.
Side Roller Bearings
Side roller bearing is of cast steel housing with gun metal liner and provided with cooling water cavities & cooling water piping, juice sealing rings / col ars for bottom rollers is provided.
Crown Pinions
The crown pinions are of cast steel and have designed for sufficient face width with well dressed properly profiled clean cast molded teeth keyed to roller shaft and suitable carbon steel guards and troughs.
Turn Beam & Trash Plate
The turn beam is manufactured cast steel construction fitted with cast steel trash plate, with means of adjustment in horizontal and vertical direction from outside. The trash plates are grooved to match the rollers.
Scrapers
The finger type scraper is of cast iron as per is: 210-1978, gr. Fg-200 and are adjustable. The top scraper of the top roller is of floating type. The scraper blades for the juice grooves provided on the feed rollers are adjustable type.
