# Swing Hammer Type Fibrizer

Swing hammer type Fibrizer of all steel construction having suitable width as per carrier with suitable hammer weight and mounted on 40 c8 quality shaft. The diameter over the tip the hammers is design as per client requirement. The hammer shank is of SS and its diameter is design on fibrizer diameter, and minimum hardness of 600 BHN. Hammers will be secured to MS fabricated hubs mounted on shaft and of special shock resisting alloy steel. The anvil plate is fabricated serrated/pocketed type, and hard faced having a hardness of 500 BHN. The rotor is supported on two heavy duty self aligning double row spherical roller bearings.
