Coating Fat 369
A creamy to white vegetable fat, with no off flavour or off odour. Coating Fat 369 is a fully refined and hydrogenated fat of Palm Kernel Oil. Coating Fat 369 provides a continuous matrix that holds other ingredients and contributes to highly acceptable flavour as well as aroma prior to consumption. This fat matirx is firm and dry to touch at ambient temperatures and not greasy or sticky during consumption.
Application : - Confectionery and bakery coatings, compound chocolate, fillings and centres for biscuits, caramels, nougat, etc.
Recommended to store in cool and dry area.
