Coating Fat 380

Coating Fat 380 is a hydrogenated, refined , bleached and deodourised PalmKernel Oil. This is hard butter , bland and odourless with outstanding palatability.

Coating Fat 380 is recommended for biscuits, wafers, nuts etc also for non dairy whipping creams.

Shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the product is stored in original packing in a cool, dry and odour free area with ambient temperature below 20 Degrees and RH 60 % maximum.
