Colloid Mill

Operation

Product fed into the operating area by means of specially designed feeding device is subjected to high shearing, cutting and rubbing forces between stator and rotor. Due to conical arrangement and the centrifugal effect of the rotor rotating at a high speed (2800 RPM), the material is forced in to the next tooth stage. The tooth vibrations which subject the particles with high degree of forces. Intence whirling multiples the grinding and mixing effect. Due to the slightly deviating tapeirng of the milling surface of the stator and rotor, the angular gap becomes narrower towards the discharge section. The processed material continuously leave the mill through the drain pipe, if required it can be re-circulated.

Special Features

Filter Press

Description

Sparkler type filter press consist of a filter cartridge assembly having SS filter plates, Support screen, interlocking Cups and fitted in the SS tank with pressure tight lid. It is provided with air vent, pressure gauge with suitable pump and motor. The whole unit is mounted on SS trolley with fiber Castor wheels for easy movement.

Operation

The liquid to be filtered is pumped to the tank where it enters into the individual plates. It passes through the filter media and crystal clear filtrate comes out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plates can be obtained if required.

Features

• Manufactured in SS 304/316 quality duly argon arc welded with mirror polished. It can be supplied with different type of pumps viz Gear/Centrifugal/lobe/Roto Pump depending on the liquid and output.

• Jacket optional for hot filtration, cooling.

• Provided with by pass system and safety valve.

Homogeniser

• This is used for mixing, suspending, solublising, milling, dispersing, disintegrating solids etc. & reduces batch time

• It consists of stator and rotor assembly. The rotor rotates inside the stator assembly which is fixed with three tie rods to the motor

• Rotor shaft is directly coupled to motor. It can be directly mounted on the vessel or can be hanged an a separate movable stand with lowering and lifting arrangement

• Capacity: 0.25 HP to 15 HP (Standard and GMP Model) with SS 304 or SS 316 contact parts

Stirrer

Stirrer consists of different types of impeller fixed on a SS shaft and directly coupled to an electric motor. It can be directly mounted on the vessel or can be fixed on a separate movable stand with lowering and lifting arrangement. Fixed RPM or with variable AC frequency drive or with geared motor.

• Capacity: 0.25 HP to 15 HP (Standard and GMP model) with SS 304 or SS 316 contact parts.

Semi Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine

This semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machines is two head, table top, fully GMP model used to fill variety of liquids. Semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine can be used for different types of glass. Plastic. Metal containers. The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine and tube filling machine works on volumetric principle and is fitted with two syringes on the sides. The motor and gear box are covered in a SS cabinet. The desired volume can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity. Bottles are kept bellow the nozzles manually. Output 8/16/24 bottles per minute depending on type liquid and fill size with the help of three speed pulley arrangement. Four head machine can also be provided.

• Filling syringes are available in SS 304 / SS 316 quality. Filling syringes capacity: 30, 60, 110, 260, 550, 1000 ml.

• Specially designed valve to avoid any drippage.

Semi Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine

Description

The Machine is a very sturdy Single Head ROPP/Allu. Cap Sealing Machine The ROPP Cap should be placed manualy, then place the bottle under sealing head one by one. When the cam operated bottle plate goes up, with the help of pressures on sealing head, threding and sealing process occure

Construction

¼ HP single phase electric motor and the lifting of the bottle is done through a gearbox which is separately driven by ¼ HP single phase motor. The production capacity would depend on the skill of the operator.
