Our company is started from 1996. This is ISO-9001-2000 certified company. The hot dip galvanizing plant is Started from Sep -2005. It is having the area of 5000 Sq.mtr. And we are having the following facility.

The industry in nature is service industry. The industry supplement the anti corrosive treatment needed for the fabricated items, manufactured at premises or at out side premises. The items thus treated can be ferrous or non-ferrous in nature. Also the size of items can be any size.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

The items before galvanization will be de rested & cleaned by shot blasting process or HCL acid bath cleaning process. Then the items are galvanized in Zinc bath. The temperature maintained at process around 450°c.

Grit / Shot Blasting

The 6 mtr x 4 mtr x 4.5 mtr size. Booth is erected for close shot blasting. The G 17 size spherical metal Grits are used for shot blasting, to achieve best result. All jobs are performed as per IS Code. The trained personnel carry out the job

Zinc Spray Metalizing

Metalising Operations - Zinc spraying is carried out for shot blasted structures and other items by using 2.0 mm dia Pure (99.99) zinc wire. The method used is electrical fusion. The thickness obtained is 80-90 microns.
