Zinc Spray Metalizing

Metal Spraying :-

 

Metalising Operations - Zinc spraying is carried out for shot blasted structures and other items by using 2.0 mm dia Pure (99.99) zinc wire. The method used is electrical fusion. The thickness obtained is 80-90 microns. If required it can be increased by double coating zinc wire by spray. The work finish is very smooth and aesthetic look is attractive.

 

This process is carried out only after shot blasting process. Zinc Spray Metalizing provides best anti-corresive property in high corresive environment.
