Our engineers and technicians have qualifications from reputed institutes like IITs, the ingenuity to develop in-house software that can improve on our sophisticated software packages and the experience of working for a diverse group of clients. These credentials have equipped them to provide design and detailed engineering services, including structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and automation for all phases of our assignments.
Our engineering team's experience and expertise include:
- Design Analysis and Detailed Engineering of Fabricated Process Equipment as per International and Indian Codes of Practice and standards including- ASME VIII Div.1, Div.2, PD-5500, AD- Merkblätter, IS-2825 and TEMA, IS-875, IS-1893, IS-800, API-650, API-620, IBR, SMPV Rules, PED-97/23/EC, ASME B 31.3, EEMUA 190
- Knowledge of Regulations like OISD 150 and Explosive rules.
- Experience of working according to the design specifications of EIL, TOYO, LURGI, AXENE, PDIL, IOCL, LINDE, JACOBS, UOP, Foster Wheeler and CB & I
- New manufacturing shop under development : 6,00,000 sq. ft. ( 15 Acres)
- Experience in design and manufacture of equipment in Nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Duplex Stainless steels and other high performance materials
- Deep experience of Finite Element Analysis for mounded bullet projects
Fabtech Design team is well equipped with the hardware and software for design and analysis, including:
- PDMS for 3 D Plant Design & Modeling
- AutoCAD for Drafting & Modeling
- PVElite for Design Calculations as per various codes
- CodeCal for design Calculations as per ASME Section VIII Div.1 and TEMA
- STAAD for Structure Design
