Mr. B. A. Rupnar-Executive Chairman
Mr. B. A. Rupnar heads Fabtech Projects and Engineers Ltd, one of the fastest developing EPC companies in the oil and gas sector in India. Being the founding member of the organization, Mr. Rupnar has successfully steered Fabtech’s transformation into a multi-business organization over the past two decades, which is well known for exceptional project execution capabilities at low cost and delivering quality to customers’ satisfaction. He has led the company through most challenging situations and enabled it to be better and stronger. Under his leadership, the company envisages vertical and horizontal expansion to be one of the leading major EPC contractors globally.
Mr. R. A. Rupnar-Managing Director (EPC Division)
Mr. R. A. Rupnar, Promoter Director, has been the backbone of Fabtech’s strong execution of EPC projects. An expert of Civil Engineering and a statesman of site execution techniques, Mr. Rupnar has detailed knowledge of all aspects of project execution. He controls all site activities at various locations and ensures desired delivery of output.
Mr. Bhausaheb Rupnar-Managing Director (Textile Division)
Mr. Bhausaheb Rupnar is one of the Promoter Directors of Fabtech and is the present Managing Director of Fabtech’s Textile Division. He has a commendable 35 years' experience in agriculture & textile industry.
Mr. N. P. Hariharan-Joint Managing Director.
Mr. N P Hariharan has worked for 30 years with Richardson & Cruddas, Mumbai and has about 40 years' experience in pressure vessels, Oil & Gas EPC. He is associated with Fabtech since 2002.
Mr. R. Krishnan-Director Planning
Mr. Krishnan is Ex. HPCL Deputy General Manager (LPG Division) and carries a total experience of 38 years. He has thorough technical knowledge in LPG installations, OISD requirements and is well-versed with the contractual requirements of PSUs. He is associated with Fabtech since 2005.
Mr. E. B. Guppta-Director Finance
Mr. Guppta holds an MBA in Finance. He heads the finance department on the corporate level and also the import-export activities. He is associated with Fabtech since 2002.
Mr. B. V. B. Nagendra-Director Marketing and Business Development

Mr. U.L. Dohare-Director Business Development
Mr. U. L. Dohare (Ex Executive Director, I/C Projects Refinery Division-IOCL) is a Mechanical Engineer from MNIT Allahabad and MBA (Finance) from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He has excellent credibility in project management, contracts, procurement & materials management. His vast experience of more than 36 years in hydrocarbon industries includes carrying out projects successfully from project conception to commissioning. As Executive Director (In-charge) of Projects, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (Refineries Division) he has effectively envisaged, implemented and completed mega-projects for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Mr. Dohare joined Fabtech Projects and Engineers Limited's Board of Directors on 1st Oct, 2012.
Ms. Manisha Chimbalkar-Director Operations
Ms. Manisha is a chemical engineer by qualification and heads the procurement activities at corporate level. She is well-versed with various oil and gas processes. She is associated with Fabtech since 1996.
Mr. D. P. Thorat-Director Technical
Mr. Thorat is a mechanical engineer and has thorough technical knowledge of construction codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process equipments, welding processes, metallurgy, quality and testing. He also manages all quality & safety certifications for the organization. He is associated with Fabtech since 2003.
Mr. S. S. Gawade-Director Development
Mr. Gawade handles all new developments related to manufacturing units. He is an expert in planning, accounting and administration of all manufacturing shops. He is associated with Fabtech since inception.
