Front Floor Assembly
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple turnkey Spot Welding lines for Front
Floor Assembly to its customers. Both Robotic and Manual Lines for high volumes with 46
seconds Cycle time & low volumes with 120 seconds Cycle Time respectively. Some of these
projects were Green Field, which were completely new with multi-model flexible production
lines. Whereas, some of them were brown field, where new models were to be introduced in the
existing line.

Rear Underbody Assembly
Details: Faith Automation has supplied multiple turnkey Spot Welding lines for Rear
Underbody
(Rear Floor Panel Asm, Rear Member / Ladder Asm & marriage) to its customers. Both Robotic
and Manual Lines for high volumes with 46 seconds Cycle time & low volumes with 120 seconds
Cycle Time respectively. Some of these projects were Green Field, which were completely new
with multi-model flexible production lines. Whereas, some of them were brown field, where
new models were to be introduced in the existing line.

Underbody Line
Details: Faith Automation was the first to supply turnkey Underbody Project with
Shuttle Transfer Line to Toyota in India. This was first time Toyota localized in India. It
was a 6-station line for 2-models (MPV + SUV) with a cycle time of 120 seconds.
Subsequently, 10-Robots in 2-Respot stations were added on this line. It was executed using
Toyota brand Toyopuc PLC. Faith has also supplied turnkey Robotic Spot Welding line for the
Underbody of mini bus to Force Motors, using Lift & Shift Shuttle Transfers. Faith has
worked on Underbody Brown Field projects for adding new model in the existing Line at Maruti
Suzuki. These Robotic Spot Welding Lines were multi-model flexible production of high volume
with a 46 to 55 Seconds Cycle time.

Sidebody LH/RH Line
Details: Faith Automation has supported Maruti Suzuki to localize Sidebody LH/RH Line
in India. It was a turnkey project with 65 Robots & multi-model flexible production lines
with a cycle time of 120 seconds. Faith bagged its next Sidebody Project from Maruti Suzuki,
after the successful execution of this project. Faith has also supplied Sidebody Line Jigs
with Manual welding to Toyota & Honda in India. Faith Automation is involved in supporting
SMG (Suzuki Motors Gujarat) to implement minor modifications in Sidebody lines.

Mainbody Line
Details: Faith Automation has supplied its first turnkey Underbody Project with
Shuttle
Transfer Line to Toyota in India. This was first time Toyota localized in India. It was a
