Faith automation has a team of over 170 employees dedicatedly working towards fulfilling the needs of the customers. The combined knowledge, experience, and expertise of the members form the underlying strength of the organization. The group of directors work closely with the rest of the team. Over 100 years of accumulated experience of the founders in the Automotive Industry brings in the organization a great amount of exposure and proficiency. Nilesh Pandhare

With over 20 years of experience in the Auto Industry, Nilesh Pandhare started his career in Tata Motors in the year 1993 after graduating from MIT, Pune. Possesses extensive experience in BIW Process Planning and Estimation. Before Faith Automation, he built a company in this field from ground-zero and achieved a turnover of 40-crore plus in 4 years. He also developed a disciplined team of talented and motivated youngsters in the process. Nilesh has always driven sales through innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Rajshekhar Sattigeri

A Tool & Die Maker from NTTF, Rajshekhar Sattigeri has over 17 years of experience in the Auto Industry. His career in BIW started from design & specialized in BIW Process Planning, Project Planning & Sales. He has garnered an overseas exposure in this field from Italy & Shanghai. Rajshekhar has also been the founder member of a start-up company and has played a key role in setting up Projects Department & Handling Finances (including cash flow management).

Kedar Joshi

Kedar Joshi has over 18 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He started his career in Force Motors after graduating from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. With an extensive experience in BIW Tool Design, Technical Proposals & Estimation, he is backed by an overseas exposure in this field from France & Italy. He has been one of the founder members of a start-up company in this field. He has also handled the Sales Department as a single point of contact with customers and helped the company to break even in a matter of 2 years.

Ramdas Gopale

Ramdas Gopale has over 14 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He started his career in BIW field in 2000 Extensive experience in BIW Process Planning, Design, Manufacturing, Automation & Robotics. He has been one of the founder members of a start-up company in this field. He established all the departments (Design, Assembly, Quality, Automation, Purchase and Robotics). He also developed the complete manufacturing supplier base to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Sachin Khadke

Sachin Khadke has over 11 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He graduated from Pune University completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering. He had the opportunity of working in PMA Automotive for 2 years in Mechanical Design. He also worked in Comau for 5 years in the Mechanical Design department. Sachin worked as a Design Head at Lean Automation for 4 Years with an overseas experience of 6 months assignments each for design in Italy and Romania.

Rahul Kolhe

Rahul Kolhe has over 9 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He completed his graduation from Pune University in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in Conex Avio Auto for 1 year in the department of Mechanical Design. Rahul has also worked in Comau for 3 years in Mechanical Design. He worked as a Project Lead for L&T for 1 year and Project Manager at Lean Automation for 4 years. Rahul has completed overseas assignments of 6 months for BIW Layout and Logistics in Italy and 6 months for project co-ordination in Germany.

Amit Shete

Amit Shete has over 10 years of experience in the Auto Industry. He completed his graduation from Pune University in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in Comau for 6 years in Mechanical Design. Also worked in MAGNA Cosma International for 4 years as a Project & Proposal Lead and progressed to becoming an Assembly Manager. He has also undertaken overseas assignments for Robot Simulation in Comau Italy and Project and Process support in US at the Magna Headquarters.
