

The corrugated plate pack represent the very heart of our various purification systems consisting of a number of parallel corrugated plates (see photograph). These are framed in a housing and the whole pack is stiffened by a frame made from plastic material and/or steel. The liquid to be treated flows through the spaces between the corrugated plates.

In the modern TPI System, the separating surface area is increased vertically by the addition of a number of parallel plates mounted at an inclination. This not only affords a dramatic space saving but also facilitates very small separating diameter.

SBR is an activated sludge wastewater treatment system for removing dissolved and suspended organic materials and nutrients. In SBR all the unit operations such as aeration, settling and decanting are achieved in a single reactor, all by automatic operations.
