Nirmal is proud to be associated with Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Shahapur in setting-up the institute for developing the skilled workforce in various trades like Fitting, Welding, Machining, Electrical Systems & Dress making etc. The institute is instrumental in training with very minimum charges for the students of the tribal region & financially weaker section of society, with an intention to provide the required skills to them to lead their life respectfully. With our support and that of many nearby industries, deserving candidates from the institute are provided employment in our company.
Rub The Gold
We have undertaken a project 'Rub the Gold' with a clear intention to share & provide basic gas engineering knowledge to the candidates which otherwise would take one year by the way of on the job learning. Our expected outcome from this training is that candidates would become expert in applying basic gas engineering knowledge in their day-to-day work. In today's scenario where Natural Gas industry is facing acute shortage of skilled manpower which understands the fundamentals & puts them to use effectively in their day-to-day work, our initiative would bring in required skill sets to the industry quickly. This initiative is well appreciated from the gas companies & we successfully conducted one such training recently in GSPC Gas.
